2011 Toyota Tundra 5.7 Timing Chain Replacement

So I decided to put new chains.

2011 toyota tundra 5.7 timing chain replacement. I own a 2008 Tundra with a 57L engine and 146K miles on the odometer. Sep 20 2015 Member. There are 4 tensioners there the one that Ive always seen fail is the primary chain tensioner on the driver side.

Is there an issue with the timing chains on 57 tundras wondering if it needs replaced. All timing marks on crankshaft camshafts were lined with chains but I think its out of time. I just replaced the timing chain on my tundra.
