Ground is good and parking lights and trailer brakes work fine. Check the turn signal converter. You ground through the ball.
It was feasted on three trailers. You have to use a socket wrench to loosen both bolts that hold fuse in place by clamping down on both sides of fuse legs. They work on my buddies truck when he tows it.
