2000 Toyota Tundra Rust Recall

I have a 2000 Tundra SR5 with 100k on it. NHTSAs investigation found that 00-03 Tundra spare tires which are mounted to the rear. Called Toyota dealer and they advised that the full frame recall expired in 2012 however the recall for the cross member under the bed was still active.
