The linkage has to be popped off the latch mechanism. When a single door wont work any longer it is most likely a bad actuator motor inside the door. The top of the door panel just hooks on a lip so with the window out of the way I was able to use a screwdriver to work the top edge of the panel out of the lip giving me enough room to look inside and reach the lock mechanism to open the door.

Seedless024 OP Well-Known Member. Dont know if itll work on a T but Ive had the panel off on mine and I think its pretty much the same. If anyone has the concern make sure they replace the latch and not try to repair it.
