2000 Toyota Tundra Dash Lights Not Working

Hello All Im having a problem with the dashconsole lights in my 2000 Tundra. Vehicle Speed Sensor VSS 28. On the bottom of the fuse box there is a cover which is held on by clips on the sides.
The whole process took approximately 45 minutes. Hazards still works and when turn ignition ON or start the car the turn signals work both left and right. Hazards work only when lights are off.
