You lost your refrigerent in the ac system. The contacts for this relay also turn on the blower so if the blower is working but the magnetic clutch is not pulling in the problem can not be the relay. Also clean or replace the cabin air filter located behind the glove box.

Swap that relay with the horn relay and see if the clutch will engage on the AC compressor. The numbers are not on the engine from what I can see but the manual is very specific on this info. This relay is located in the fuse box along the driver side under the hood.
